A word from our CEO

'Walio started as an idea almost 2 years ago, when I was unable to find a Cryptocurrency payment processor that would fit the needs of a few of my clients. Having found a gap in the market, I wanted to change this and make cryptocurrency payments easier for different businesses types. Having found an amazing group of colleagues to work with, we were able to turn Walio into a reality and a benefit for businesses and customers alike.

The success of Walio is really the success of my team, whom I can never show enough appreciation and gratitude for. We hope to see Walio grow into a Global brand and name for Cryptocurrency Payment solutions and allow others to benefit from the research, development and hard work put in, to make these tools available for everybody.

The best advice I can give for anyone who is starting a team for development, or even just in the workplace, is to always show appreciation for every team member, no matter how big or small their contribution. At the end of the day, it is each and every one of them, coming together, that makes your vision become a reality'

Qasim Rafiq - VP of Sales / Business Consultant Qasim is the VP of Sales at Walio. His pedigree of experience and valuable network of people allows him to push for high net worth business to business and corporate contracts. [LinkedIn]
Sharmina Uddin - IT Project Manger Sharmina handles planning, organising and implementing technical projects. Having experience in IT systems management with multiple UK councils, Her main skills include project coordinating, production release and roll-outs, delegating tasks to the necessary employees and progress reporting of project developments. Nick Muscott - Senior Accounts Manager Nick has 30+ plus years in sales and acquisition has been appointed as the head of the new accounts onboarding team.
Zdenko Chabada - Senior Graphic Design Zdenko is the senior graphic UI/UX designer at Walio. Having delivered over 270 projects for large multinationals companies, including Facebook and Instagram, he has a keen eye for creating purpose driven user interfaces. [LinkedIn]
